1- Position: Language Specialist – France

Job description:
We are a reputable European corporate, and due to our growing results in the last 4 years; we decided to open a new branch in France.
At the moment we seek a motivated, dynamic, and a willing person to join our team. We are looking for someone with qualified calibers to be our Language Specialist in our new branch, in France. This position will be a milestone for our regional expansion plan.
Main duties will include:
• Translating test pieces received from potential clients, result counts.
• Proofreading and quality assurance for all French jobs produced by the branch.
• Arranging translators workloads and ensuring on-time deliveries.
• Communicating with project managers.
• Providing a team of qualified translators in terms of cost & quality.
Skills and experience required:
• Native speaker of French.
• Excellent command of English.
• Degree in translation (preferably at MA level) or equivalent.
• Experienced user of MS Office and Trados/MultiTerm, other CAT tools will be a plus.
• Previous experience in localization, especially technical field.
2- Position: Project Manager
Role:
The required candidate will be responsible for the completion of projects, providing accurate deadline estimations to clients, selecting the most appropriate resources to ensure both quality and deadline expectations are met and also for dealing with any problems that may arise during the project’s duration.
Responsibilities:
- Scope and quote projects for identified clients.
- Plan and monitor projects to meet deadline, quality and budget requirements.
- Manage client relationships and serve as primary day-to –day contact for external clients.
- Provide support and input to Sales and external clients
- Monitor and maintain project financials, including revenue recognition, revenue forecasting and billings.
- Resolve questions and issues in client meetings (quarterly Business Review Meetings, etc.) when needed.
- Organize and Participate in client meetings (Quarterly Business Review Meetings, etc.) When needed.
- Regular reporting to senior Project Management.
Qualifications:
- University/Institute graduate.
- Fluent English and any additional language is a plus.
- Computer literate.
- High communication skills.
- Previous experience in the industry of Translation and Localization is a plus.
3- Position: Language Specialist – Poland
Job Type:
Remote, Full-time.
Job description:
Due to increasing demand from our clients we are looking for qualified Linguists to join our team of English to Polish Translators & Proofreaders.
Main duties will include:
- Translation, revision and proofreading of documents.
- Co-operation with team members on terminology and style related issues.
- Assuring the quality of translation.
- Maintenance and organization of Translation Memories.
Skills and experience required:
- Graduates and last year students.
- Native speakers of Polish and excellent command of English.
- Thorough knowledge of MS Office. Knowledge of CAT tools will be a plus but is not necessary – training will be provided.
- Previous experience in translating technical texts or localization will be welcome.
